2 out of 5 stars ITIL V3 CSI Exam Preparation   September 5, 2009

The content seems to be barely adequate and the editing is very poor. some sentences are incomplete, extra word "and" in many places. Some paragraphs are not clear do to poor wording or missing words. This makes the material difficult to get through and it was not very helpful when taking the exam.

1 out of 5 stars ITIL CSI Exam Prep Book   September 21, 2009

I found the ITIL v3 CSI Exam Prep Course book to be quite frustrating. The review material was so general as to be useless. There were very few actual exam-taking tips. And they we so general and elementary in scope that they were of very little benefit. The practive exam, while similiar in concept to actual exams (based on my experience having taking several previous ITIL course), proved frustrating in that the explanantion to the answers were vague. Lastly, the number of grammerical mistakes made parts of the book hard to read due to the distraction of tryinng to ascertain what the author was 'trying' to say. It appreard that the company chose to save money by not providing any proof-reading for the publication. It appreared that was just one of many places the publisher cut corners on at the purchaser's expense. I have no intention to purchase any other books from this organization as I continue to proceed to my ITIL Expert qualification.
